5. Orders & Payment

Order Process:

Receive quote and review project details
Approve quote and provide deposit (typically 50%)
Production begins upon deposit receipt
Final payment due before shipping/installation

Payment Terms:

Accepted Methods: Credit card, check, wire transfer, financing (if available)
Deposit: 50% deposit required to begin production
Balance: Due before shipping or installation
Late Payments: Subject to 1.5% monthly interest charge (18% APR)

Order Cancellation:

Before Production: Full refund minus 10% restocking fee
During Production: Refund of deposit minus 50% (materials and labor costs)
After Production: No refund; order must be completed

Custom Orders:

Custom products are made-to-order and non-returnable
Measurements are your responsibility
Changes after production begins may incur additional charges

6. Shipping & Delivery

Shipping Terms:

Standard Shipping: 2-week production time (may vary by order size)
Shipping Costs: Calculated based on destination and order size
Delivery: Curbside delivery unless installation service purchased
Risk of Loss: Transfers to customer upon delivery

Inspection Upon Delivery:

Inspect products immediately upon receipt
Report damage within 48 hours with photos
Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days
Claims filed after 7 days may not be honored

Installation Services:

Available for orders exceeding $20,000 (includes 2 site visits)
Additional installation services available for a fee
Requires accurate site measurements and preparation
Customer responsible for site access and readiness

7. Returns & Refunds

30-Day Money Back Guarantee:

Applies to standard products only (not custom orders)
Products must be in original, unused condition
Customer pays return shipping
15% restocking fee applies
Refund processed within 10 business days

Non-Returnable Items:

Custom-sized products
Cut-to-size glass panels
Installed products
Damaged items (unless defective)
Clearance or sale items

Defective Products:

Report defects within 7 days of receipt
We will repair, replace, or refund (our choice)

8. Warranty

10-Year Limited Warranty:

Glass integrity (excluding accidental breakage)

Exclusions:

Improper installation
Normal wear and tear
Accidental damage or misuse
Modifications or alterations
Failure to maintain products per instructions
Acts of nature (fire, flood, earthquake)

Remedy:

Repair or replacement of defective parts (our choice)
Labor costs not included unless installation was purchased from Doors22
Shipping costs for warranty claims are customer’s responsibility

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

Doors22 is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product
We are not responsible for installation errors by third parties
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control (supply chain, weather, etc.)

Property Damage:

We are not responsible for property damage during installation by third-party installers
Customer is responsible for verifying installer qualifications and insurance

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to:
