Great customer service and I full recommend Doors22.
Aside for the product being exceptional, I also could not have asked for better customer service. Moti and Steve made the process so easy, and efficient. And, when 1 panel broke during shipping, they were understanding and had it immediately replaced no questions asked. Moti even called me on a few occasions to discuss the design and the order to assure that everything was correct - that personal touch really does mean a lot and shows how much this company values their product and the customer experience.
Very impressed! I will absolutely use them again in the future, and I would highly recommend them to anyone.
** Side note - I posted this review ages ago but just realized that, for whatever strange reason, it had been sitting in my “pending” folder - apologies Moti and Steve!
Our building is a reclaimed warehouse over 100 years old, so one opening was way out of level and we had to shim up the bottom track by about 0.75 inches in order to keep the frame inside the upper track, but we just made the shimmed up portion where we put a fixed panel. The universality of each panel really makes the whole system very flexible. This is a great solution, and FAR more affordable than the next closest option.
We will opt to install the horizontal dividers to complete the project, and the result has been far beyond my expectations. THANKS
The team was knowledgeable, informative, and professional. They were able to see my vision and deliver a beautiful product. The glass makes for easy cleaning between patient in my medical office.
